Lamb Shanks
2 Large Carrots
1 Swede
1 Parsnip
2 Tablespoons
Vegetable Oil
5 or 6 Small
Onions
1 Cup Red
Wine
2 Tablespoons
Tomato Paste
Salt Water
Spice
Pack Ingredients: paprika, pepper, cumin, coriander,
cinnamon, cardamon, oregano, bay leaves, nutmeg.
Cooking Time
approximately 2 -2 1/2 hours.
